The overall success of the participants of JAPRI will hinge around their career accomplishments.
To be a good father, community role model, and happy man; will thus hinge around a successful career.
- JAPRI will provide participants with guidance for selecting a type of job, interviewing for that job, and how to present themselves to a potential employer.
- JAPRI will provide training to participants on the ideal characteristics of a good employment candidate (See Career Notes).
- Many of the training associated with addressing Community Environmental Concerns and developing Good Fathers and Community Leaders embody many of the ideal characteristics of a good employee. (See JAPRI General Flow-Chart)
