- JAPRI will work to ensure participants develop Educational Goals. It is also important that their Educational Goals are realistic and obtainable. (See JAPRI General Flow-Chart)
- JAPRI will establish networks with partners who specialize in providing educational opportunities to qualified candidates.
- Participants will also explore what Educational Goals will help to secure their desired employment.
- JAPRI's mentoring program will provide participants with additional guidance.
Education of participants is important. Where and how the participants acquire specific education is unique to each participant.
The overall success of the participants of JAPRI will hinge around their career accomplishments.
